Hi, I'm Melissa.
After more than 35 years in healthcare, I learned that while medical tests and imaging are incredibly valuable, they don't always uncover the root cause of what we're experiencing.
Because I became one of those patients.
Like many of the people I now work with, I found myself searching for answers that couldn't be found on a scan or in a lab test. That journey led me to Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery®, where I discovered that lasting healing often requires working with the mind, body, and nervous system, where survival responses that once kept us safe can continue long after the danger has passed.
Today, I help people reconnect with themselves through Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery®, creating a safe space for healing that goes beyond coping and toward lasting change.

In Person Sessions
Sessions are held in a quiet, private office in downtown Modesto, CA - a calm, supportive space designed for deeper work and reflection.
In-office appointments are available on Thursdays.
Zoom sessions are also available and have proven to be just as effective, allowing us to connect face-to-face from wherever you are.
